We pride ourselves on being one point of contact for anything to do with your development, and if we can’t help, we’ll find someone who can. We build relationships based on trust, with you and with the people you might need at some point.
We make sure you understand your rights and obligations, and that you comply with the obligations imposed on you by the Strata Titles Act 1998.
Sustainability is big part of our culture. We take pride for being a paper-free company and making the best use of technology available to administer your body corporate documentation.
Our tailored by-laws allow us to conduct business by email, which means we can make decisions as straightaway, without the need for an in-person meeting. It also means that every owner has the opportunity to have their say in every decision made, whether they live locally, interstate or overseas.
We are insurance brokers too (see below). Our managing director, Sally Bevis, has been an insurance broker for 25 years, specialising in claims management and strata insurance. We’ll get three quotes at every renewal to ensure your policy is competitive and comprehensive, and we’ll manage your claims from start to finish.
Our managing director is a trained mediator, and draws from her experience to avoid conflict. Our ethos is all about harmony and community and we’ll infuse this into the culture of your body corporate.
Day to day repairs and maintenance don’t have to be a chore. We’ll take care of them for you. We’ve built strong relationships with builders, plumbers, electricians, safety auditors and insurance valuation specialists who offer excellent service and workmanship.
Strata insurance & claims management
