Strata Titles Act

We make sure you are compliant with the obligations imposed on you by The Strata Titles Act 1998 (The Act). The Act sets out your rights and obligations and we undertake to ensure that you enjoy your rights and comply with your obligations. The developer is required to call the first AGM, and the body corporate is required to hold one every year after.

Strata Insurance is a must and you’re required to set the sum insured to reflect the cost of rebuilding the entire complex. You’re required to set up a bank account & maintain a fund to meet your financial obligations, and keep financial records of all activities.
